Welcome to Optimal outcomes OT
Optimal Outcomes OT is a Mornington Peninsula–based occupational therapy practice dedicated to supporting the mental health and emotional wellbeing of young people.
Led by occupational therapist Vanessa Richards, we work with children, teens and their families to build practical, lasting skills for managing emotions, navigating daily life, and feeling good about who they are.
We believe every young person deserves the chance to reach their optimal outcome — whatever that looks like for them.

Vanessa Richards is the occupational therapist behind Optimal Outcomes OT. With a genuine passion for youth mental health, Vanessa brings warmth, expertise and a strengths-based approach to every session, helping young people on the Mornington Peninsula feel seen, understood and supported.
Vanessa works closely with families, schools and other health professionals to create a wraparound approach to each young person's care — because real progress happens when everyone is working together.
